This paper presents a study of the effects on functional activity of combined UV radiation and detergent treatment applied to laboratory strains of the soil microörganism 11–7 y Nocardiophsis dassonvillei. Viable cell amount, activity of secreted acid phosphatase, protein concentration and oxidative reaction products have been measured. The effects of the treatment are discussed in terms of physiological activity. We have attained a reliable decrease of microbial destructive activity through application of the treatment.

Keywords: acid phosphatase, Nocardiophsis dassonvillei, peroxidation
