Significant changes in the acid phosphatase activity at the single cell level of SDS and Tween 80-treated 115(1) y Nocardiopsis dassonvillei were observed. The differences in the acid phosphatase secretion in the SDS- and Tween 80-containing media are discussed.
Keywords: acid phosphatase, detergents, peroxidation

back to contents
